Knight Rider 2008

Well it was on last night in the US, and i may have accidentally downloaded it ( well before breakfast to be honest ) and watched it already. Now to set a scene i loved the original Knight Rider, and all the shows like it, Airwolf that kind of thing. I also have to admit to watching all the remakes and spin offs from Knight Rider over the years even the very loosely based KnightRider 2010 and Team Knight Rider, up until now the only one that came close to the Original was Knight Rider 2000, but given that most of the main cast were in that film it was a bit easier to do.

The New show has all the fun stuff from the 80`s ver and a nice new edge to its dynamic ....

So whats changed???
Kitt is now the Knight Industries Three Thousand voiced by Val Kilmar
Kitt is now a Shelby Mustang
They now work for the FBI
Michaels Son Mike is the new driver
Kitt was not made by Wilton Knight

So whats wrong with it ???
At the end of Knight Rider 2000 Kitt was transplanted into a new car A prototype Dodge called the Knight Industries Four Thousand as its Ai was not ready. Its my guess that they are going to forget all that happened in that tv movie / failed pilot, so it is passable For Devon Miles to be alive and that way they would not have had to create a new creator for Kitt.

To be honest i am nit picking .... I loved it and cant wait for this Pilot so be turned into a full show, the only problem is that the proposed Theatrical Movie must now have been scraped in place of this new look Tv Show.
