The Chicago Sci-Fi/Fantasy Meetup Group

We are a loose-knit group of fun and interesting people with many overlapping interests. We all love sci-fi, fantasy, and talking a lot! We meet regularly, once or twice a month, and have regular outings to (mostly) Sci-Fi movies, and other interesting events. We often share or trade books, have lively discussions on our main forum, and get together for all sorts of activities. Many friendships and more have developed over the years, and we love it when our family grows. If we have anything close to a motto it would be "Have fun, pay your tab, and don't leave behind a mess*"! The group is free, but a small donation toward the meetup costs is always appreciated. The Chicago Sci-Fi/Fantasy June Meeting
Join us for dinner, socializing and lively discussions. We meet at Dave & Buster's because they can usually give us a private room free of charge, just check the email before the meeting. If we don't have a private room, we'll be up on the second floor in the main room.
One thing to note about dining with a group this large - it takes them longer to get the food ready. Read more
